i drive as a living. i get these chest pains regularly while at work. it is never very sharp, but enough to worry me.
Q: i get chest and abdominal pain after eating, but only while sitting. why?

It may be trapped wind. i know that sounds silly but can cause real discomfort. may be something called hiatus hernia. see your gp may prescribe some nexum tablets to control gases and acids.
