I have slight pain on the right side of my neck. I am a hypertension patient, and I wondered if the pain might be due to my blood pressure being high?
The pain on the right side of your neck is not necessarily connected to high blood pressure. Consider calling your doctors office. You can discuss with your doctors nurse and determine if an evaluation is warranted. A lot of things could cause pain like that, from muscle strains to problems with your cervical spine to swollen lymph nodes. Only an examination and the proper tests and imaging studies will be able to uncover the problem with certainty.
