fae,

I am very concerned about your symptoms of arm and chest pain.  Chest pain can be a difficult problem to diagnose as people experience pain in different ways.  Women with heart disease often describe their pain differently than men, making it even more difficult to make a diagnosis.

Chest pain is a symptom that needs immediate evaluation.  You should call your doctor now and ask to be seen.  If this is not possible, then a trip to the emergency room is in order.  If this is heart disease, the earlier it is diagnosed the sooner you can receive treatment and avoid serious problems.

Best wishes.
