i've been having pain in my chestand runs into my back.. Do u think this could be a sign?

I encourage you to go to the emergency room or see your physician immediately.
Symptoms of a heart attack in women
This could also be related to your lung or be a muscular pain, but wither way it should be diagnosed and treated.
