Q: chest pain for 2 months negative cardiac test

The pain is all over my chest mostly upper quadrants and the pain is also in my upper back and shoulder.  It tends to get better after laying down as long as I'm laying flat and on a heating pad.  I seem to have none in the mornings.  I'm only 30 and female no other risk factors except grandmother had heart attack but she was72.  I've also had 2 EKG's done both normal, a resting echo-normal, stress test max heart rate reached w/out problems and echo after exercise was normal.  They are saying this is all anxiety and stress. With the test I've had should I still be worrying myself sick over this.  It's controlling and ruining my life.  I went back to the Dr. Thursday with good EKG and he put me on more anxiety meds.  What could this be?

thanks
