ABG pO2 - 33.2 *L and ABG O2 - 64.7*L what does this mean? Also..being tested for pulmonary hypert.

I was in the hospital abt a year ago with severe chills,high fever and back pain. I was given antibiotics by IV and of course blood labs taken and urine also. There are no values for the things I ask you abt.  ABG pH was 7.41...ABG pCO2 was 40.4...ABG pO2 was 33.2 *L...ABG HCO3 was 25.2...ABG O2 Sat Calc/Meas has a caption box...ABG O2 Saturation was 64.7 *L...ABG Base Excess was 0.6...ABG Methemoglobin has a caption box...Allen Test was A...A-a Gradient was 0.3...A-a O2 Differential was 69.5...Carboxyhemoglobin has a caption box...Total Hemoglobin has a caption box...Temerature was 37.0...O2 Delivery Device was Room air...FiO2 was 21.0.  I was on oxygen later on during my stay?  I was told I had a UTI.My Urine was clear and yellow...Urine ph was 6.0...Ur Specific Gravity was 1.015...Urine Protein was Trace H...Urine Glucose was Neg...Urine Ketones were small H...Urine Occult Blood was 2 + H...UR Nitrite was neg...UR Bilirubin was neg...UR Urobilinogen was Normal...UR Leukocyte Esterase was Neg...UR RBC was 10-20 H...UR WBC was <=2...UR Squamous Epith Cells were 1+...UR Bacteria was 3+. Can you tell me what these labs tell you please?
