Hi! I am going in for a cardiac ablation due to tachycardia with PSVTs and SVTs. Asked a lot of ?s that day with the DR but forgot 1. Why general anethesia with this when on the norm it is local anethesia with relaxation meds? I have Pulmonary Hypertension and LV diastolic dysfunction also. The PH is moderate and I have mild Pulmonary Fibrosis w/bronchiactasis. Any ideas on this? Thanks
