ABG pO2 - 33.2 L and ABG O2 - 64.7L what does this mean? Also..being tested for pulmonary hypert.

I was in the hospital abt a year ago with severe chills,high fever and back pain. I was given antibiotics by IV and of course blood labs taken and urine also. There are no values for the things I ask you abt. ABG pH was 7.41...ABG pCO2 was 40.4...ABG pO2 was 33.2 *L...ABG HCO3 was 25.2...ABG...
