my HDL cholesterol is 143, LDL is 79, triglycerides 34is the HDL too high?

Hi Elly:  I think the numbers are inaccurate here.  The total cholesterol is probably 143 with an LDL of 79.  Check with the lab to make sure these are right.

Hi Elly:  I would have you check these numbers again.  Its unlikely that your HDL is 143.  It is probably your total cholesterol that is 143, with a LDL of 79.
