but my blood pressure is quite lower than normal - what does that mean

i have the signs listed on your page for possible heart attack, yet my blood pressure is lower than normal. Does that mean I'm ok? I also have cirrhosis hep c related, and live with constant ailments and pain that I TRY to ignore.
