Blood pressure is 170/106. Have had by pass & stent. Should I call the doctor?

I am on Plavix and aspirin.  Had by-pass 16 years ago but failed after only 3 weeks.  All by passes closed.  Have had stebt 3 years.  Also have dementia and mini strokes.
