Q: Heart scar tissue-

Left ventridle is normal in size.  There is an area of inferior perfusion defect

on stress images that was partially reversible on the rest images.  There were no suspeted artifacts noted.  By gated SPECT post exercise global LVEF was calculated at 55%.  Reginal wall motion and thickening was abnormal with evidence of hypokinesia in inferior area.
