I experienced a sudden spell of real dizziness (not eating or drinking). clammy chest and forehead.

I am taking medication for high blood pressure am 65 slightly overweight. I was not eating or drinking (no alcohol).  Dizzy spell lasted 10 - 15 minutes and I had difficulty standing up without aid.  Needed fresh air and whilst dizziness and clamminess left me I have a headache feel weak…
