Q: when is the best time of day to take lisinopril

Thanks so much for your posted question.  I was not able to find a specific reference to the best time of day.  It does suggest you take it at the same time each day. I'm certain you doctor or pharmacist could assist with this.  In the meantime, you should read our material on Lisinopril (Zesrtil Oral):

This drug belongs to a group of medications called ACE inhibitors. It is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults and in children 6 years of age and older. It works by relaxing blood vessels, causing them to widen. High blood pressure reduction helps prevent strokes, heart attacks and kidney problems.
