Q: was this a heart atack?

my husband was drinking sangria (2 glasses) he felt dizzy when standing up. He fell down, fainted and had a gray complecion and black lip color. This lasted for some minutes after that he couldn't remember what happend. He was rushed to a hospital they held him one week for observation, did bloodtests, heart cardiogram and eeg then he was sent home. They cann't say what happend. He is 55 years and scarred like hell what wil come next is the big question of his days.

Was this a hearth attack that left no signs?

Will it happen again?

What can he ask to be done on him?

Thank you for answering my question.
