Friday, August 29, 2008 lori asks

Q: I have pain that goes from my chest to my mid to lower back mainly on the left side.

The pain feels like I'm breathing in extremely cold air

after running.  I've also got edema through out my body

but more so in my legs, feet, and ankles.  I'm experiencing

a fatigue that is just about unbareable.  My left shoulder hurts

occasionally and the pain goes down into my hand.  The chest/back area also feels tight as though it's bound.  I also have a fluttering feeling in my chest

that sometimes takes my breath away. This has been going on for a while.

I'm currently on three blood pressure medications, but it is still running high.

My Mother was diagnosed with Coronary Artery Disease several

years ago.  I'm 37 years old and don't know if my symptoms

could be cardiac related or not.  Thank you.
