I started having the pain in my arm about a week ago and today I had the same pain in my hand. I am wondering about this because I do have high blood pressure, I am not over weight but I am a 36 year old female. My grandmother had 3 heart attacks in November of last year, my grandfather had a heart attack about 15 years ago.
