I am not a doctor but I suffer from this continually and have been diagnosed with sever anxiety. Where I get a tightness in my chest and shortness of breath and have to sit and relax and take deep breaths. It will come and go depending on the situations you are in. I hope this helps. Like I said I am not a doctor by all means.
