what is the longterm survival rate for a 44 year old male who had double bypass and smokes

He had double CABG two years ago at age 42 after having three heart attacks in one week.  He has slight heart muscle damage at lower right edge of heart but basically at that point a "plumbing problem." He had 100% blockage in both main arteries and seven total blockages ranging from 30-80%…
