arkie hudgins,

Thanks for your question.  It's difficult to tell what is the cause of your arm discomfort.  Arm pain can be as symptom of heart disease, but also be due to muscular strain or a pinched nerve in the neck.

The best thing for you to do is contact your primary care physician for an appointment to check this out.  He well ask you several questions about your discomfort.  He will also explore why you are not feeling well lately.  Perhaps the two are related.  He will also examine you.  He will then be in the best position to tell what is going on and what to do about it.

Best wishes.
