within last 2 weeks I have had light headedness when I get excited (when I sing ,when I laugh real hard,when I yell at my sons ballgames) and also chest pains in the middle of my chest ,heaviness and weak. could this be something serious?

high blood pressure or low bp see a doctor drink asprin..get a blood pressure machine and monitor it daily
