Q: a lil worried need to understand results please


                                        spec'm 10/07/09
Troponin-I: Troponin interpretive guidelines
 <0.5-0.49 ng/ml: suggestive of myocardial
injury or low level of myocardial injury secondary to ischemic as well as to non/ischemic etiologies,including:
acs: unstable angina
chf: myocarditis
copd:late presenting ami
pe:sepsis
there is evidence that the presence of elevated troponin levels, regardless of cause,are associated with a high risk for short term future events. 0.50 ng/ml: suggestive of myocardial
injury consistent with ami  

 any help understanding this
