Q: I am 40 years old and my heart skips so much that it causes a pain in my arm, faint feelings, and dizzy sensations. I have had an EKG and heart monitor and they say there is nothing wrong.

The symptoms keep getting worse so I am stressed out. I do smoke and drink coffee. Could there be something more serious? My BP is usually 127 over 82. When I lean forward or lie on my right side. my heart skips more.

Hi Terry,

Consider seeking a second opinion and find a physician willing to investigate further to ensure there is nothing to be concerned about.
