Q: I'm 39 and I just had a horrible sharp pain that felt like it was in my back and then my chest area. right after my left foot had a numb feeling and then a dull pain in my left arm. is this anything?
You need to ask your doctor (neurologist). As you are having numbness in the face could be a partial facial paralysis. Or perhaps, you are not taking the right nutrients to regenerate your nerves (bad diet). Ask your doctor if you need some vitamins or any specific regimen.
