Q: I'm 47yr male, physically fit & train for triathlons with a ejection fraction of 48 %. Is this ok?

I have been training for triathlons for the past 2 years and plan on continuing with this sport. I recently had a nuclear stress test that revealed a EF of 48%. I am concerned as this is below what is deemed to be normal and figured that with the rigors of my training that if anything my heart would be stronger and show a higher ejection fraction percentage. Am I at a higher risk for a heart attack. Should I not train for triathlons ? Should I be concerned at all since my EF is only slightly below the low end of normal?
