I experience a mild pain on the left side of my chest.

Topics:chest pain

Most of the time, this happens after exercise. This morning for example, I woke up feeling fine, went to a cycling (1-hour) class which I attend twice a week. About one hour after coming home I started to feel the pain and it has been going on for a couple of hours. It's not keeping me from doing anything but I am aware of it and it's annoying. Should I be concerned?

Hi ChestPain,

I'd be concerned enough to contact your physician to discuss the pain and determine the cause.

All the best,
