Terrible pain in chest that feels as if I have something caught in there.

I have a pain that I get every now and then. I have mentioned to my GP. He says it probably is Arthritis. I have had the stress test and other chest x-rays. I believe that he may also think it has something to do with my depression. I am on several meds which are mainly for Migraines...
