Q: experiencing breathlessness and blood pressure 200/160 should I be concerned

today I have had difficulty losing my breathe before I get to the end of my sentences.  Having to stop talking and catch my breath and tonight my blood pressure is 192 over 106

sometimes when my heart beats a strong sharp pain like an electrical shock hits my body and runs all the way to my toes.  What is going on?  Is Linsop-Hctz (generic for prinzide) what I should take?
