Q: congestive heart failure

I would like to find out if any part of CHF is evr reversible ? If you have a pacemaker/defib. does that help to strengthen your heart musle as far as actually healing it? For instance, could aperson go from Stage 3 back to Stage 1 ?

Hi Sioux,

Reversing/improving congestive heart failure is not impossible, but it is not easy and requires identifying the underlying cause of the condition and making necessary changes. Dr. Stephen Sinatra is a great cardiologist you may want to "follow".
