what should i do ...angioplasty or not??

Hello Sir

           My mother had some problem last month . She had coughing whole winter but last month she had an very sever attact of cough ..that night i took her to hospital as she is a diabitics patient from last 10 to 12 year in hospital they checked her suger which was very high so they just gave her some medicine and we came back ...then few days after i took my mother to her regular doctor he suggested us to do "Echocardiography"  report of thats is :-

• Global Hypokinesia of LV
• Mild Mitral Regurgitation
• Mild TR(Pah present )(RAP+54mm)
• LV Diastolic Dysfunction
• LV Systolic Dysfunction (EF 42%)

  ---

Her age is 54 wieght is 67. we also did other tests like astma ,bronkitus and some more test which were normal . then Oure doctor refered us to some cadiologist then i took my mother to some cardiologist .they suggested to do angiography ..the result were not so good the report is :-

1. Right coronary artery
     Mid 50%discrete stenosis at bend

     PL 70% ostial stensis, small vessel

     PDA normal

2. Left Main

     normal

3. Left Anterior Descending

     Proximal ectasia, mid 90% diffuse stenosis.

     Distal vessel small (underfilled),fills retrogradely via grade-2 collaterals from RCA

4. Left Circumflex

     Proximal Plaques.

     OMI,2-small,normal.

     OM3-Proximal plaques, large vessel

Summary

   Double vessel disease

   Mild LV dysfunctrion(On Echo)

So sir this was her angiography details .And now doctor is telling us that she had to under go  angioplasty as reflexis of her geart is good but there is a blokage so we will put a stunt (some special kind for diabitic patients). So now i dont know what to do ..Please excuse me for improper details as i am not from medical back ground i am a computer engineer .So sir please suggest me what to do !!!
