Sunday, October 21, 2012 pallet lady asks

Q: several days ago and for several days I was very stressed. my mvp has been very active (pounding). can stress do that? It's really bad. I am 70 years old and active

Hi Pallet Lady:

 

If you feel your MVP is worse you should be evaluated by your heart doctor.  Stress can take a toll on your body physically if it is not managed. Stress can cause physical problems such as heart disease, high blood pressure, chest pains, or irregular heart beats, etc...
