Q: About a year and a half ago I had a stent put into my heart in in my LAD artery. I frequently felt

a tightness in my chest.  Whenever I asked the doctors there only answer was more meds.  I did well on my nuclear stress test in Nov of 09.  4 weeks ago I went to hospital with severe chest pain and I wound up with a replacement stent.  They said scar tissue had built up.  I am still dealing with chest pain.  How do I know if it is stress related or a stent problem.  Is it common to feel this tightness?
