i would like to ask the following :

i am 32 fem. i had a clear stress test 2 yrs ago, a clear heart ultrasound

8 months ago. i've been having strange symptoms.

yesterday i woke up in the morning with hearing difficulties.

gradually it corrected itself.

today i had left breast pains for an hour or so.i took an aspirin and it went away but

i stressed about it.

as i was preparing dinner i fell sort of ill like i would faint

and like i would choke not sure if my chest hurt or not i don't remember.

as i have anxiety i don't know could it was panic attack or maybe it's my heart.

these breast pains have been present for about 6 months .

now my upper back hurts a bit .

i exercise with no problems, yday i climbed 3 flights of stairs quickly and

no dizziness or anything just legs hurted a bit.

if i start anxiety treatment and all these symptooms go away will

it mean it can't be heart disease ?

pls help me it;s urgent.

Hi anta,

It sounds like anxiety or panic attack symptoms.  You should check with your doctor to be sure, especially if you have had a history of heart problems.  I take Gaba supplement for my stress or panic attacks and it helps me relax naturally.  Smile
