what is a heart capture rate mean?

My cardiologist said I have a heart capture rate of 4-he said this is not good but I can't do anything about it-he said 5 is about as low as it should ever be-what does this mean and is there anything I can do- I am 65 have had a sinus node ablation 25 years ago and had 3 pacemakers-I am pacemaker...
