Q: I had an MI at age 39.After a cath, my cardio doc found a 98% blockage in the LAD(widomaker)and placed a stent. This was after my blockage was misdiagnosed 5 days before as an epigastric issue at

another hospital. I had been fighting this extreme chest pain for a total of 12 days before the stent. I know, stupid, but I was 39 and in shape. I stayed in CCU for 5 days, was released and seemed to be better. Since then, I have had 2 angina attacks, the last one several months ago resulting in a second cath and angioplasty. Since my first MI, I have had psychological issues(depression, anxiety, aggression). I NEVER experienced these issues on a regular basis before the cardiac issues. I have no history Paternally or Maternally of any of mental disorders. Before the first MI, I was very productive, held very high occupations, and excelled in most areas of my life. I am still articulate and intelligent, but constantly battle clinical depression and anxiety, along with chronic fatigue. I can't work, I lie around with no ambition-a complete 180 of my former self. I am married with three children, and my lack of being a husband and father is ruining my family. My main question would be-could a lack of blood or oxygen from the blockage at the LAD have affected any certain part of my brain? My Psychiatrist has tried many medications to no avail. I've done intreatment due to a suicide attempt-something I would have NEVER left the stigma of my family with. I know you don't have a crystal ball, and this is a tricky question. Any insight, no matter how small, would be great. Thanks in advance.

Hi, My advise is-  stop the Psychaitric drugs!  ( you will notice a massive difference very quickly) These are the cause of many of your bad feelings and mental problems. !! There is no proven technology is this field !! Stop them and you will feel better !! Take vits and eat and sleep well. Enjoy your days by being productive and calm your environment and yourself.. Then address your health.. These things are all part of well being!!

Do well !!
