Q: for the last two or three days, i've been getting on and off weird little pains behind my left breast any concerns with that or anything that can help what i have?

Unfortunately, there is no way to tell for sure without an actual exam. Pain under the left breast could be a heart problem, a lung problem, muscle pain, rib pain, or even gas or reflux. Since it could be serious, I encourage you to go to the emergency room or see your physician as soon as possible for a diagnosis and treatment.
