Q: Pressure and burning in left side of chest--started in right side of chest.

Hi there, hoping you can help out.I have been experiencing some chest pain for the last week which started out as more of a pressure in the right side of chest. Tender to touch.  Now the pain has moved to the left side where it's pressure and more of a burning. But the pressure is what's bugging me most. Can you help me out as to what this could be.  It's not necessarly only when I have eaten...it's a constant feeling I have had for the last week and a bit that does not go away. I have tried taking asprin and heartburn meds to see if it would help, however it does not do anything to help.thank you.
