I have had left breast discomfort (off and on), shoulder discomfort, occasional numbness in my left arm, hot flashes, and occasional dizziness. My carotid pulse is 80. I am premenopausal and have just had my period. I am stressing about these being symptoms of heart failure. I have a doctor's appointment in a week. Am I worrying over nothing ??
