Q: Information on Heart attack symptoms

I have wondered if you can have a heart attack without damage to heart? Can you also have a heart murmer that would present itself to lift the level of enzymes and make one think you may of suffered a heart attack.  Can a doctor withhold the cholestrol levels of an individual but yet prescribe medications for high cholestrol?

Please help I have so many questions but cannot get answers to any of these for myself?

Hi DawnDahl,

I want to give feedback on your last question - Can a doctor withhold the cholesterol levels. . .There's no reason you shouldn't have full access to your medical record, including labwork.  If your doctor is not sharing your medical information with you it may be time to seek out a different physician.

All the best,
