Q: How Do I Know If I Had A Heart Attack?

For two weeks I had back and chest pain and I felt like I was choking. I have mild asthma and i also felt like i could not take a deep breath but it was not bad. I had nausea and was unable to sleep. I went to the chiropractor for days with no help. I was even give (oxy) from a friend to relieve the pain and it did not help at all. I went again to the chiropractor on one morning and I was so sick that when i came home a vomited and then basically needed to veg for several days. i had no energy. My back does not hurt as much but I am still have nausea and less energy.

Hi so and so,

Your physician would be the best resource for determining if you have had a heart attack.  Here is a link to Heart Attack symptoms and to information on Heart Attack Diagnosis.
