went to dr. today regarding my response to your question.  Dr. thinks it might be GERD.  Taking Nexium for 3 days to see if the symptoms subside.  I never had any burning sensation in my esophogus so it seems strange that it is gastro.  Doc says the heart sits on top of the stomach that actually wraps around to the left and under the breast area where I am feeling the pain.  does this make sense to anyone?  Hopefully it works!
