What happens if I took two doses by accident instead of one of Diovan HCT 160/25

Thanks for your question. Chances are very little will happen.
The diuretic portion will probably result in more urine output.
And, of course, you blood pressure may drop a bit. Try to counteract some of this with extra fluid intake and avoid any strenuous activity for the next day or two.
Should have any severe dizziness, or loss of consciousness, then you must go to the emergency room for an evaluation.
But, again, most likely, you will be fine. I would also contact your doctor to let him/her know what happened and should you just resume your normal dose.
