Q: Mild to uncomfortable chest pain in the left side. I am unable to sleep and im worried. Female, 28

I have this sharp pain in my chest area. I am a 28 yr old female. I am under a lot of stress: Planning a wedding, trying to buy a house and dealing with my future mother in law's pancreatic cancer. The pain started a few days ago and it was mild, last night, I had a very uncomfortable pain in the top of my left breast...and I was unable to sleep. My nose was clogged and I had trouble breathing. I usually sleep on my right side but this made me super uncomfortable b/c my breast felt super heavy and it hurt to be in that position.  I just finish eating lunch and i am in a bit of pain, it's really an uncomfortable mild pain that has me worried. I had this pain a few months ago and i went to see the doctor, he said i had an inflamed lung and that it was goign ot go away.  I also feel this sense of fulness, like in the middle of my chest area and the fat part of my breast is tender to the touch.
