Q: I have a throbbing pain in my upper left arm from my rib to my elbow

It's not intense, just uncomfortable, more like an ache.  It subsides when I stand up.  I have an intermittent headache (left front side). The sole (arch area) of my left foot has a shooting pain in it.  My left hand feels cool???? (not to the touch), maybe tingling.  I am a 53 year old female and retired (after 32 years) from a very stressful job several months ago. My mom died from a heart attack at age 62
