Hi Ken,

Here are basic guidelines for a heart healthy diet:

1. Reduce saturated and trans fats with healthy unsaturated fats.
2. Eat a diet high in fiber, especially soluble fiber.
3. Make fish and sources rich in omega 3 fatty acids a routine part of your diet.
4. Limit high sodium/salt foods.

Speak with your MD for specific instructions to foods or minerals you may need more of or need to avoid due to medications or your specific condition.

All the best,

I WAS IDENTIFIED AS 8 BLOCKS IN HEART RANGINING FROM 50 TO 90% BLOCKS. BUT I DO NOT HAVE ANY SYMPTIONS OF HEART PATIENT. THIS WAS IDENTIFIED IN MY GENERAL HEALTH CHECK UP.

DOCTORS ADVISED FOR BYPASS AFTER 3 MONTHS.

QUESTIONS: AS OF NOW NO INDICATIONS OF ANY HEART PROBLEM

AND I HAVE TO TRAVEL BY TRAIN /FLIGHTS CAN  I DO.

AND AS OF NOW, I AM DRIVING MY CAR , IS THERE ANY RISK?

KINDLY ADVISE
