Saturday, November 14, 2009 care asks

Q: Heart pumping rate

sir..my father had a mild attack last month and after consulting the doctor ,he said that the pumping rate is low i.e 46 and now he has improved to 49...what should be the normal pumping rate for a person who's age is 59?...is my dad can be fine with the pumping rate he has now?...is there any ways to improve ?
