Q: When the heart pumps more than enough blood to the left side of my lung what can I do?

Four years ago I had a heart attack and triple by pass surgery. Since then my legs swell to twice the size they should be. Now I'm told that my heart is pumping just fine but that the left side of my lung is getting too much blood which is causing more problems to pop up. What can I do about this? Sometimes it makes my lung feel heavy, full and uncomfortable.
