Hi Madhuri,
You should consult with your physician about the issues that you are having.
This link may be helpful as it describes different types of migraines and headaches.

First off I recommend you see a neurologist.
As a former sufferer of cluster headaches, migraines, sinus & tension headaches, my understanding of your symptoms indicate severe migraines, possibly mixed with cluster headaches.
If simply migraines, you're in luck as there are several treatments available for both short- & long-term relief. I'm down to 12-15/year now.
If cluster, then -
* doctor prescribed medicines are hit or miss.
* See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cluster_headache for a fairly good up to date look at cluster understanding. NOTE: Theories of how & why are just theories, this is important to remember.
* Treatment - wikipedia site fairly up to date here too
* If the doctors methods & drugs do not work more than a short while, consider:
1) Oxygen - a great short term tool; get a rebreather, and cut off the straps - if it works, you may fall asleep due to exhaustion & you don't want to continue to inhale oxygen.
2) google cluster busting - a very controversal treatment, but more scientific studies are showing a high rate of success as both a short- & long-term stopper.
