dawn,    i had a similar situation, also at age 35. ironically, i worked in nuclear cardiology as a diagnostic imaging technologist. same diagnosis, coronary spasm with possible clot.   what i did: within a year i changed my proffession from nuclear cardiology to massage therapy practitioner. until then, i just tried not to let others PUSH me, so to speak, and tried not to let anything or anyone upset me. i tried to SLOW WAY DOWN, in my driving, activity load, thinking, etc, anything to try to lower stress. i eventually began to teach myself to meditate. i ride my bicycle at a liesurely rate to places where i would normally drive. and i found it very important to keep a stainless steel water bottle with me wherever i go. it keeps me from feeling faint. i also started taking chewable vitamins with iron. (flintstones is my favorite :^)  )   i hope some of these suggestions help   be well,    mike
