Q: chest pain lying down

What would chest pain that bothers more lying down, but feels better sitting up indicate?

I recommend contacting your physician to determie the cause of the chest pain.

Thanks for your advise. My doctor diagnosed it as "stress cariomyopathy" or Takotsubo.
